How The Class Works?
We start each class by breaking the ice — chatting, sharing a few laughs, and setting a fun, welcoming tone for the day. Once everyone feels comfortable, we go over the most important part: kitchen safety. We make sure every child understands the rules and feels confident. With safety in place and smiles all around, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and start cooking!
Introduction, Safety & Cooking
Quick Break (10-15 min)
After some hands-on fun in the kitchen, we take a short break to recharge. Kids can sip water, stretch, chat with their new friends, and reset before we continue. It’s a great moment to breathe, laugh, and get ready for the next part of our cooking adventure!
Cooking + Cleaning
We finish our recipes with care, add final touches, and then work together to clean up. Kids learn that being a great chef means taking pride in both cooking and tidying up!

Hi, I’m Nour — a lifelong kid-at-heart and passionate real-food advocate. With years of experience working with children, I created Little Spoons to give kids a hands-on, joyful introduction to the kitchen. Here, they learn how food fuels them, how to work together, take leadership, and, most of all, how fun cooking can be.

We kindly ask that parents don’t stay during class 😊. It helps the kids focus, feel more independent, and often reduces anxiety or distraction. You’ll be amazed at how confident they become on their own!

If a class has fewer than 3 kids, we’ll either refund you 100% or happily move your booking to a future date — whichever works best for you!

Absolutely! We love when kids take their recipes home 🥰. Each class includes printed recipes, and we never package hot food in plastic — only safe, kid-friendly options here.

Of course! After booking, you’re welcome to switch classes on your own — or just message us and we’ll take care of it for you.

It’s totally normal to feel a little nervous at first! In most cases, kids warm up quickly once they arrive and start having fun. If your child truly wants to leave, we’ll give you a call right away so you can come pick them up ❤️.
