Hi, I’m Nour — a lifelong kid-at-heart and passionate real-food advocate. With years of experience working with children, I created Little Spoons to give kids a hands-on, joyful introduction to the kitchen. Here, they learn how food fuels them, how to work together, take leadership, and, most of all, how fun cooking can be.

Hi, I'm Julie! As a nutritionist, I've always believed that the way we eat shapes how we feel, grow, and show up in the world—and there's no better place to spark that connection than in the kitchen with kids. I absolutely love teaching little ones about food, not just how to cook it, but where it comes from, how it fuels their bodies, and why colorful, wholesome ingredients make everything taste better. Watching kids light up when they discover a new flavor or proudly plate a dish they made themselves is pure magic. For me, cooking with children is about building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of real, nourishing food—one delicious lesson at a time.

We kindly ask that parents don’t stay during class 😊. It helps the kids focus, feel more independent, and often reduces anxiety or distraction. You’ll be amazed at how confident they become on their own!

If a class has fewer than 3 kids, we’ll either refund you 100% or happily move your booking to a future date — whichever works best for you!

Absolutely! We love when kids take their recipes home 🥰. Each class includes printed recipes, and we never package hot food in plastic — only safe, kid-friendly options here.

Of course! After booking, you’re welcome to switch classes on your own — or just message us and we’ll take care of it for you.

It’s totally normal to feel a little nervous at first! In most cases, kids warm up quickly once they arrive and start having fun. If your child truly wants to leave, we’ll give you a call right away so you can come pick them up ❤️.
