In our Junior Chefs Cooking Classes, kids ages 10–14 dive deeper into recipes that teach real cooking techniques while still keeping things fun and creative.

From international favorites to winter desserts and pasta dishes, students will practice independent cooking, knife skills, decorating techniques, and recipe prep — all while building serious kitchen confidence.

🇲🇽 Week 1 — Nachos (January 6)

A savory skills-builder! Kids will:

• Make crispy tortilla chips
• Build layered nachos with proteins and toppings
• Melt cheeses and flavor-balance their creations

Week 2 — Snowman Cake Pops (January 13)

A winter decorating showcase! Kids will:

• Form cake pop dough balls
• Dip in white chocolate coatings
• Decorate edible snowmen with fine details

🍝 Week 3 — Creamy Chicken Rigatoni (January 20)

A full dinner cooking experience! Kids will:

• Slice cooked chicken safely
• Simmer creamy parmesan sauce
• Cook rigatoni pasta to perfect texture
• Plate balanced portions

🐧 Week 4 — Penguin Cupcakes (January 27)

Decorating with detail and fun! Kids will:
