March is all about leveling up skills, fresh flavors, and hands-on creativity in the kitchen! 🍋🍝
In our Junior Chefs Cooking Classes, kids ages 10–14 explore more advanced recipes that focus on real cooking techniques while still keeping things fun, engaging, and creative.

From dough work and baking to savory dishes and fresh pasta, students will practice independent cooking, knife skills, heat control, and plating techniques — building confidence and kitchen independence with every class.

🍋 Week 1 — Lemon Blondies (March 3)

A precision baking class focused on balance and texture. Kids will:
• Mix batter using proper ratios
• Learn baking timing and temperature control
• Slice and present blondies cleanly

🧠 Learning Focus: Measuring accuracy, baking chemistry, presentation
🍰 Made With: Flour, butter, eggs, lemon, sugar

🥪 Week 2 — Crispy Sandwich (March 10)

A savory technique-driven class! Kids will:
• Build layered sandwiches for crunch and flavor
• Control heat for crispy textures
• Practice safe stovetop and pan use

🧠 Learning Focus: Heat management, layering techniques, pan safety
🥪 Made With: Bread, protein, cheese, butter/oil

🍓 Week 3 — Berry Rolls (March 17)

A dough-focused baking challenge that builds patience and skill. Kids will:
• Prepare and roll enriched dough
• Make a berry filling from scratch
• Shape, bake, and glaze rolls

🍀 Week 4 — St. Patrick’s Pasta (March 24)

A hands-on pasta-making experience with a festive twist! Kids will:
• Prepare fresh pasta dough
• Shape and cook pasta properly
• Finish with a savory sauce and plate their dish

This month, our Junior Chefs will explore bright spring flavors, hands-on baking, and savory cooking projects that build real kitchen skills. Each week introduces new techniques — from dough handling and stovetop cooking to precise baking and plating — helping students grow more confident with every recipe.

• Practice knife safety and control
• Cook stovetop meals with supervision
