December brings festive flavors and Christmas cheer! 🎄 Our Junior Chefs Cooking School continues every Tuesday, designed especially for kids ages 10–14. This month, we’ll dive into Christmas recipes — from cozy bakes to holiday favorites — as kids roll up their sleeves to cook, create, and celebrate the season in a fun, safe, and creative space. 2.5 hours. Cooking certificate included! 🧑‍🍳✨

🎄 CLASS OVERVIEW — DECEMBER ❄️

A hands-on cooking program for kids (Ages 10–14)
Every Tuesday | 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Includes Certificate, Photos, Little Spoons Apron & Recipe Book 🎁

🎁 Week 1: Christmas Sugar Cookies (Dec 2)
A festive favorite to start the month! Students will:

  • Mix, roll, and cut classic sugar cookie dough

  • Decorate with natural icing and sprinkles

  • Learn techniques for even baking and creative presentation

🧠 Learning Focus: Rolling dough evenly, oven timing, and decorating techniques
🍴 Made With: Flour, butter, vanilla, icing sugar, natural sprinkles

🦌 Week 2: Christmas Reindeer Cupcakes (Dec 9)
A sweet and silly treat! Students will:

  • Bake chocolate cupcakes from scratch

  • Whip creamy frosting and decorate with reindeer faces

  • Practice piping and design creativity

🧠 Learning Focus: Measuring accuracy, baking fundamentals, piping techniques
🍴 Made With: Cocoa, spelt flour, butter, chocolate, cream cheese frosting

🎄 Week 3: Frosted Christmas Brownies (Dec 16)
Rich, fudgy, and perfectly festive! Students will:

  • Prepare brownie batter and bake to chewy perfection

  • Make frosting and decorate with holiday flair

  • Learn balance between sweetness and texture

🧠 Learning Focus: Baking science, frosting consistency, presentation
🍴 Made With: Dark chocolate, butter, eggs, cocoa, icing

Week 4: Hot Chocolate + Chocolate Bombs (Dec 23)
A cozy finale before the holidays! Students will:

  • Whisk creamy, real hot chocolate

  • Mold and fill chocolate bombs with marshmallows

  • Learn melting, tempering, and assembly skills
