In our Little Chefs Cooking Classes, kids ages 6–9 will cook warm classics, playful winter desserts, and hands-on recipes that build confidence and creativity.

Each class is filled with fun, teamwork, and step-by-step cooking skills — perfect for little chefs who love to mix, shape, decorate, and taste their own creations!

This January, our chefs will cook cozy seasonal favorites while exploring creative decorating projects and pasta making.
From savory dishes to adorable winter desserts, kids will bake, mix, roll, decorate, and plate their way through the month — building kitchen confidence and having tons of fun along the way! 🐻‍❄️🎨

A fun, hands-on cooking experience for kids (Ages 6–9)

🍞 Week 1 — Cubanos (January 7)

A fun sandwich-making class with big flavors! Kids will:

• Assemble pressed Cuban-style sandwiches
• Learn safe ingredient layering and portioning
• Toast & melt cheeses into golden perfection

🥪 Made With: Bread, cheese, ham, pickles, mustard

🧁 Week 2 — Blizzard Cupcakes (January 14)

Winter cupcake magic! Kids will:

• Bake fluffy cupcakes
• Mix frosting from scratch
• Decorate snowy “blizzard” designs with sprinkles & candy

🧠 Learning Focus: Mixing batter, frosting application, decorative skills
🧁 Made With: Flour, butter, eggs, cocoa/vanilla, natural toppings

🍝 Week 3 — Spaghetti & Meatballs (January 21)

Classic comfort cooking! Kids will:

• Roll homemade meatballs
• Mix simmering tomato sauce
• Cook pasta and plate their dish

🍝 Made With: Pasta, ground meat, herbs, tomato sauce

🐻‍❄️ Week 4 — Polar Bear Brownies (January 28)

A creative dessert finale! Kids will:

• Bake rich brownies
• Experiment with icing textures
• Decorate cute polar bear designs
